On Wednesday, #Narendra Singh Negi, the famous folk singer of Uttarakhand, suffered a severe heart attack. He complained of chest pain in the evening and was admitted to the CMI hospital in Dehradun. Later in the evening, he was referred to Max Hospital.
Presently, many #rumors are spreading on social media about the condition of #Narendra Singh Negi, but according to the doctors of Max Hospital, condition of Mr. Negi is stable. His condition had worsened late in the night, and he was put on ventilator support in the Intensive Care Unit. His condition has now improved a bit, and he is responding to the treatment. His blood pressure is now also under control.
Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat visited hospital to enquire about the condition of the most popular folk singer of the state. Former Chief Minister Harish Rawat also visited the hospital.
Narendra Singh Negi, 67, has sung over 1000 songs in Garhwali and Kumaoni. His first music album was Buraans. He has sung popular numbers in Garhwali films including “”Gharjawai”, Chakrachal”, and “Meri Ganga Holi Ta Maima Aali.”
Currently, hundreds of admirers of fans and admirers of the singer are present outside the hospital and praying for Negi’s long life.
