09 June 2016: Reddit is down again, and every attempt to access the site ends up with the message: “our cdn was unable to reach our servers”.
Update: The site is back online, and users are now able to access it.
Reddit is a website which provides people a platform to post, read, and vote just about anything. So, even a little problem with Reddit servers affects a huge number of users across the world, who are then unable to look for subreddits, submit text posts or direct links to the website.
2 May 2016: Reddit goes down, Message says ‘Our cdn was unable to reach our servers’
Reddit seems to be offline right now. Users trying to access the website can see just the alien from its logo as the site appears to have been hit by a ‘503 error’.
The message says: “Our cdn was unable to reach our servers.”
“Please try again in a minute.”
In some earlier instances, when Reddit was down, some users observed that they were able to access it by being logged in. But this time, the problem exists whether you are logged in or not. The problem is probably limited to some regions only.
14 Dec 2015: Reddit is down, but only for logged in users: ‘all of our servers are busy right now’
Reddit is down for logged in users for the past many hours. Many users have been complaining about the outage on online discussion boards as well as on Twitter and Facebook. The problem has also been confirmed by Down Detector website. Logged-in users are unable to access Reddit, and are getting the message:
all of our servers are busy right now
please try again in a minute
(error code: 503)
It appears that the website has some issues related to its user database, because the problem appears only when you are logged in.
Update at 9:15 p.m. Pacific: Reddit has said that the website is currently in ’emergency read-only mode.’
“You won’t be able to log in. We’re sorry and are working frantically to fix the problem.”
Update at 11:09 p.m. Pacific: Reddit is doing fine without any problems for logged-in users.
10 Oct 2015: Reddit is down again, with servers gone.
The message says: ‘Our cdn was unable to reach our servers.’
Update: The website is back online after 15 minutes of outage.
5 Oct 2015: Reddit is Down Again! “All of our servers are busy right now” and “Our cdn was unable to reach our servers”
Reddit has gone down again on 5th Oct 2015. Attempts to access the website end up with the message “our cdn was unable to reach our servers” or “all of our servers are busy right now”.
Update: Reddit is back online after almost 40 minutes of downtime.

Reddit is down again on 25th September 2015 at 5:00 PM EDT…
Users trying to access the Reddit pages get the message: All of our servers are busy right now….Please try again in a minute.
It appears like there is a bigger issue this time.
Update: The site is back online after about 10 minutes of outage.
