Scotland named “the most beautiful country in the world” in a travel guide readers’ poll

Readers of Rough Guide have named Scotland as “the most beautiful country in the world.”

In its poll, travel website Rough Guide asked its readers to vote for the most beautiful and stunning country in the world, and the results revealed that the number one choice among readers was Scotland—the northern-most nation of the United Kingdom.
